Terms of Use for Conexus Online

  1. Conexus Nuclear is a corporation incorporated under Canadian federal law as a not-for-profit corporation and adheres to its obligations under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) to protect any personal information that COG collects, uses or discloses in the course of commercial activities.
  2. Conexus Nuclear has obligations under its agreements with its suppliers, contractors, participants, and Members to protect Intellectual Property (IP) and Confidential Information from unauthorized collection, use, publication and/or disclosure.
  3. Employees, Participants and Members are encouraged to consult their signed agreements related to the use of Conexus Online to understand their obligations when collecting, using, publishing or disclosing any IP and Confidential Information contained herein.
  4. Those using this site, including possibly collecting, using, publishing, or disclosing IP or Confidential Information, should ensure they understand their obligations as stated above before taking such actions and that they only access approved information by signing into this site under the entity which directly employs them or is their primary employer.
